We take Customer Support very seriously at InkjetMall.
Product Technical Support can not be handled by our Sales Staff. Please do not call in to InkjetMall for technical support. We handle technical support through a public forum so that you can get answers quickly to your questions. It is available 24/7 and most issues that you may encounter will have probably been answered already on our forum. We also keep up to date instructions, manuals, and technical bulletins there.
If you have a technical problem that you need us to address, please post your question in the appropriate forum. The support is handled by our technicians. While you can visit our technical support forum and read and download or print instructions and manuals, you will need to register to use it and you will need your customer ID# when you register. Only Inkjetmall customers can post to the forum. This way we are not supporting other manufacturers products.

All of our products are very high quality and we have nothing to hide. So each and every single one of our technical problems is public. With tens of thousands of customers you will be able to see that our headaches are few and far between. This does not mean that your problem is not important to us. To the contrary! We have the best products and the best technical support.
You do not need to be a registered customer to read the technical docs and the users forum and search it 24/7 for problems related to yours and locate an appropriate fix. However, if you come into an issue that you cannot solve yourself and you are an InkjetMall customer – you must register to use the forum in order to post. You can only register if you are an existing InkjetMall customer who has purchased the products you are seeking technical support for. You will need your customer ID.
You can get your customer ID any time of day by logging into your account.
After you are logged in you can click on My Account to go to your My Account page. Once there you will see your Customer ID #.
Your customer ID is also available from your Sales Rep or by emailing us and asking for your customer ID. When you contact us, make sure that you are using the e-mail associated with your account or the name or Company associated with your account so that we can look it up. If you are a customer of a reseller of our products - please let us know the Reseller's name so we can verify your use of our products.
If you have a Customer ID but have not purchased products from us - we still can not give you access to participate in posting new questions.
Some customers prefer a higher level of support with our help reading technical manuals or instructions, and we offer live phone hand-holding support in 15 minute and 60 minute blocks.
Our technician does not have an email account nor do they have access to the phone unless you are a hand-holding customer. If you need help - truly, the quickest way is to post at the users forum. Post with as much detail as possible so that the technician has as much information as possible to assist you.
